Design and build custom structures and additions to existing homes. We have been building vacation rental properties in NC Mountains since 2015. Standard single family homes are often not suitable for multi family vacationing. The bedroom count may match the guest list, but common living areas lack space and amenities. Our vision is larger entertainment spaces, outdoor living. Prioritizing home layout to maximize view and privacy. Built Beyond - amenities like oversized decks, fireplaces, game room, sauna, hot tub, fire pit area, are all included.
Lake Barn - Lake James, NC
Design reflects the best possible view of the water and mountains. Custom built 3600sf timber frame waterfront house and custom boat dock. CIP concrete foundation on sloped lot. White oak structural timber frame. Large outdoor covered entertainment area. Game room, sauna, indoor-outdoor fireplaces. Large kids play area in upper loft.
Beech Vibes - Beech Mtn, NC
This project was outdoor living addition to existing house. We added 500sf stone patio to accommodate the sauna, hot tub and fire pit seating area. We also expanded 2 story deck total 800sf. White pine structural timber frame roof system engineered to eliminate middle post and maximize the view. This addition not only added curb appeal, but lot of usable outdoor space to this cozy mountain cottage.
Pinnacle A-Frame - Beech Mtn, NC
Current build projected to finish mid 2025. This A-Frame house is designed on pedestal CIP concrete foundation. The sloping lot has great view potential, we decided to elevate the structure out of the hole to road level to maximize the view. By cantilevering the steel over the foundation allows us to keep the foundation footprint small and also maximize the yard space.
